Svetlana V. Couture

Svetlana V. Couture has been practicing law since 1997.  She is the founder and owner of Couture Law Practice based in northern San Diego suburb of Carlsbad, California, focusing on families’ needs encompassing real property, estate planning, fraud and fiduciary duty violations, unresolved family law matters and complications that arise in between these areas of practice.  With over two decades of hands-on experience, she has been a champion of the smaller clients, the underdogs—small business owners, individuals, and families.  Over the years the law practice evolved into a comprehensive and wholesome 360-degree approach to any given client’s legal issue encompassing family, realty, estate and insurance issues.  Svetlana is the Carlsbad lawyer who takes care of her people, a community-minded coastal attorney with a passion for problem-solving, on a mission to right the wrongs and help people of her locality.  Svetlana is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian, and has a working understanding of Polish and German languages.  As a result of her international background, she represents many clients with diverse backgrounds.
